Brandon Rocco first started his career in the health and fitness industry while attending college. In 2011 his passion became health and fitness. He started to train friends at school, while playing collegiate rugby and knew this was his found passion. Brandon then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Leisure Management from Eastern Connecticut State University with a concentration in Sports Performance and Sports Management. From there, he became certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor from AFFA. Brandon has racked up over 30,000 training hours working with clients of all ages and demographics. Whether it be 1 on 1, small group or large group; clients will get the best overall experience every time they walk through that door. Brandon's creative approach to fitness has catapulted him to this point and the creation of Fearless Fitness.
Brandon's wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry makes the structure and overall workout program at Fearless Fitness, one of the best in Connecticut. Brandon knows how to show clients amazing results focusing on hypertrophy, fat loss, strength/power, and cardio conditioning.
Co Owner Cedar Park TX
Lexy is a Central Texas native and the full-time owner/operator of Fearless Fitness in Cedar Park, as well as Lead Coach. She is an AFPA certified Personal Training and Group fitness instructor. Lexy and her husband, Frankie Carlson, recently moved to TX from Connecticut where she formerly Managed/Coached at Fearless Fitness in Farmington, CT. Her goal in opening a location in Texas is to expand the Fearless Fitness brand, and continue to implement and grow the concept of functional strength and conditioning training throughout the area.
Training as an athlete has always been a part of her daily life, even after she stopped competing. She has always had a passion for the influence that sports and fitness has on not only one’s wellbeing, but also the impact it can make on uniting a community together. Those two things are what ultimately led her to formerly pursue a career at ESPN in Connecticut.
During her 5+ year career at ESPN, she received two Emmy Awards for her creative work as an Associate Producer on the most successful network shows: Sports Center, College Football Gameday and Mike and Mike.
She currently trains in Crossfit, Powerlifting, and advanced Kettlebell training. Her goal as a coach at Fearless Fitness is to empower people of all fitness levels to believe that they are incredibly strong and can accomplish any goal they put their hearts and minds to.
Coach Cedar Park TX
Frankie has been in athletics since he was a kid. He competed in football, baseball, basketball, wrestling, golf, and hockey and played Division III football for two years at Mount Ida College in Newton, MA. Due to his own personal experience in dealing with collegiate injuries, he wishes to share his knowledge on pre-hab and rehab for the people he coaches.
Frankie has an Associates Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Manchester Community College and has been a fitness coach for almost 4 years.
Frankie has trained and coached in a variety of fitness genres, but he is most passionate about kettle bell training. He has studied books and articles written by Dan John and Pavel Tsatsouline, two of the key founders of kettlebell training and has also created and taught kettlebell seminars.
Frankie’s favorite quote and message to anyone and everyone who wishes to live a healthy life is, “If it’s important, do it everyday”.
